Annual E:::ergency Radiation Drill This is in response to your letter GQL 1566, subject as above, dated Dece.mber 24, 1979, in which you requested a waiver of the 1979 Anhual Emergency Drill until January 31, 1980. This subject was discussed with you and your staff on December 27, 1979, and it was agreea that the drill would be limited to Unit 2.except for accountability of personnel who may be on the operating flocr of Unit 1 Fuel handling area.
In addition, it was agreed that the drill for Unit I would te conducted prior to restart of Unit 1.
On this basis, your request y,.[Dh>
