The report provides details relating to air leakage paths between the auxiliary and turbine buildings at the Oconee facilities. It appears i
that significant amounts of air were being transferred from the anvil-I inry building to the turbine building due to imbalmnead ventilation systens. As you are aware, ventilation air discharged from the turbine building to the environs is not monitored for radioactivity at this facility. The licawee at this facility has taken steps to correct this problem, however, because this problem may have generic implica-tion at other PWR facilities, you may wish to consider this informe-tion to determine if more conservative gaseous release limita should be established for PWR's or consider adding surveillanem testing requirements in Technical Specifications that would require periodic verification of proper air flow paths.
