Since you plan to submit the final copy to us by November 28, we vill withhold any ccamaaots we may have until we have had the opportunity to review the final copy in detail. It appears that the draft document only addresses the Radiation Protection Plan for THI-2.
Prior consiitments by Met-Ed indicated that a Radiation Protection Plan for TMI 1 and 2 would be i
submitted to the NRC by November 28, 1979. I can only assume that a separate document addressing TMI 1 will also be submitted on November 28, 1979.
