Dear Sir:

Reference is made to our letter of September 31, 1979 in which we stated our concern pertaining to the fire door modification. In your flovember 9th letter of response you stated that there would be a delay in completing the drawings which would result in an implementation schedule for the installation of the fire door supervision and locking by January 31, 1960.

Your letter does not state adequate reasons for this dalay. The need to modify the installation of the fire doors was brought to the attention
