Dear Mr. Hubbard:
The Atomic Energy Commission hes issued an Order Extending the completion Data for Duke Power company's Oconee Nuclear Station Unit 1.
In lieu of the completion date of February 28, 1971, as l
specified previously in Provisional Construction Permit No. CFPR-33, the latest completion data has been extended to September 30, 1971.
A copy of the Order which has been transmitted to the Office of the Federal Register for publication, is enclosed for your information.
