A copy of a notice which has been submitted to the Office of the

The notice elates to the filing of application Amendtent Etimber 3 dated April 29, 1967, by Duke power Conpany which requests an authorization to construet and operate a third pressurized water nuclear reactor at the applicant's Oconee Nuclear Station located in eastern Oconee County, approximately e1 ht miles 6
northeast of Seneca, South Carolina.
Also, a copy of each of the application Amendments 1 and 2 dated April 1,1967 and April 18, 1967 respectively, are enclosed for a
yant information.
By copies of this letter with enclosure 1 only, we are informing the State Department of Labor, the Board of Health, the Development Board, and the Pollution Ccntrol Authority of this new application.
