In accordance with agreements made in our May 13, 1977 meating with members of your staff, pleasa find attached a report entitled " Safety Assessment of Steam Generator Tube Leakage at the Oconee Nuclear Power Station".
Pursuant to 10CFR2.790, it is requested that certain information be considered proprietary and be withheld from public disclosure.
Accordingly, a proprietary and a non-proprietary version of the report is attached and an affidavit from Mr. James Taylor of the Babcock & Wilcox Company is provided.
