The purpose of this letter is to clarify my response'to R.O. Bulletin No.
74-13, which was submitted on December 20, 1974.
The use of Vulkene '600' cables in Class IE breaker-starters at the Oconee and McGuire Nuclear Stations has been reviewed.
This type of cable has not been utilized within the subject equipment.
