Your letter dated April 20, 1977 enclosed Amendment 11 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-44 which reflected changes to the 10CFR Part 140,
" Financial Protection and Requirements and Indemnity Agreements" which became effective on May 1,1977. This amendment, in effect, increased from $125 million to $140 million in the primary layer of nuclear energy liability insurance provided by Nuclear Energy Liability-Property Insurance Association and Mutual Atonic Energy Liability Under-writers.
Please find attached a signed copy of this Indemnity Agreement which indicates our acceptance. Please note in the future all correspondence 1
with regard to this matter should be addressed to Mr. W. O. Parker, Jr.,
Vice President, Steam Production Department.

I The amount "$125,000,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$140,000,000" is substituted therefor.
The amount "$96,875,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$108,500,000" is substituted therefor.
The amount "$28,125,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$31,500,000" is substituted therefor.
Item 2a of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
