Herbein (GQL 1181) dated September 14, 1979, in which Matropolitan Edison requested an extension to June 1,1980 for submitting the Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report for 1979. It is our under-standing that you are requesting this extension to enable you to establish a single computerized data base to handle the volume of data-generated as a result of the March 28, 1979 accident.
Your request for an extension to June 1, 1980 is granted on the basis that Met-Ed will continue to furnish these data to NRC officials on-site.
