Further.investicatica revealed that caintenance work was accceplished with-cut an approved rark preceduro.
The three diesel engine. lute oil crassure switches centioned ateve.werc correctly ccnnect2d to tha lebe oil prassure sen;ing lines using an approved u rk proc:dare. The IB Diesei Eeneratcr was returnsd to service aftar satisfactory cc:pletion:of surveillance testing en 20 May 1974.
