On 37 By I?74, et 1345 a pinh31e sized leak deveteped in the "lB* cake-up pxp recirculation ficse orifice.
The 13 n3te-up pu p was la service and the reactor coolant systes was in a heat-up toda at the ttee the leak in the orifice was discovered.
F611cy'ing discovery of the leak, th21A r,3ke-up pu:ap was placed in service, the 1B nake-up pu:p was renoved frc: serrfce and the leskfng crfffee was fsolatd..
The leaking orifice will be removed.and replaced with a stattar orifice.
