MINUTES OF CRGR MEETIlG NUMBER 105 The Comittee to Rsview Generic Requirements (CRGR) met on Thursday, January 15, 1987, from 1-5 p.m.

R. Burnett/P. Dwyer (NMSS) presented for CRGR review the proposed licens-ing guidance for recently effective new rules (Search Requirements and Miscellaneous Amendments). This matter is discussed in Enclosure 2.

S. Scott (IRM) briefed the CRGR concerning NRC's request to OMB to con-tinue the reporting and recordkeeping burden (about 5 million hours or l,
1300 million) of 10 CFR Part 50. A copy of Mr. Scott's briefing paper is enclosed (Enclosure 3).

T. Speis (NRR) presented for CRGR review the proposed Pevision 2 of Standard Review Plan Section 6.5.2 entitled " Containment Spray as a i
~ Fission Product Clean-up System." This matter is discussed in Enclosure A.
I Enclosures ?. and 4 contain predecisional information and, therefore, will not be released to the Public Document Room until the NRC has considered (in a public forumi or decided the matter addressed by the information.
In accordance with the ED0's July 18, 1983, directive cercerning " Feedback and Closure on CRGP Peviews," a written response is required from the cognizant office to -eport agreement or disagreenent with CRGR recommendations in Enclosures 2 and A.
The response, which is required within 5 working days after receipt of these meeting minutes, is to be forwarded to the CRGP Chairman and if there is disagreement with the CRGR reconmendations, to the EDO for decisionmaking.
