Dear Ms. Moran I am in receipt of your letter dated April 3, 1980 concerning the identification of the full title of docunents on certificates of service, and will comply with your request.
I would note, however, that the notation on the certificate of service should be adequate in that it corresponds exactly with the notation at the top right hand corner of the document that was served.
For your convenience, I am enclosing a complete list of all CEA documents filed to date, with the abbreviated filing codes that I have been using.
This list may be of value to you in understanding the filing system, and in seeing how that system leads to a simple and effective means of filing and organizing documents in a logical and meaningful manner.
I would also be willing to discuss that system with you in more detail, and to show how it could be developed into a uniform and systematic code that would be a valuable foundation for a (much-needed) document identification system for Licensing Board proceedings.
