In order to permit the Staff to continue its review of the North Anna Unit 2 special test program, the following documents are provided:

1.

Special (Low Power) Tests - Requirements and Administrative Controls (including test safety evaluation and training program).

2.

Remaining special test procedures:

a.

Simulated Loss of Onsite and Offsite AC Power b.

Establishment of Natural Circulation From Stagnant Conditions c.

Boron Mixing and Cooldown.

These proce'dures, as well as those forwarded to you by our letter i

of April 2,1980 (Scrial No. 288) will be further reviewed by Westinghouse

'and Vepco personnel, and may be revised to improve the test program.

Comments resulting from the Staff's review will also be incorporated into this process.
