O Appendix A NOTICE Of VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Company License No. DPR-39 Based on the inspection conducted on January 3 through February 6, 1980, it appears that certain at your activities on Unit I were in noncompliance with NRC requirements e.s noted below. This item is an infraction.
Technical Specification 6.2.A requires adherance to approved procedures.
Contrary to the above, on January 8, 1980, Zion Administrative Procedure 10-52-3 was not followed for Unit 1 for the shift turnover between shift number 1 and shift number 2.
