Dear Mr. Diianni:
In response to your questions concerning the response of the General Electric Nuclear Test Reactor (NTR) to a postulated seismic event at the Vallecitos Nuclear Center (VNC) General Electric is formally submitting three notarized and forty additional copies of a request to amend the Technical Specifications for License R-33.
These amendments are identical to those we agreed on in our telephone conversations of 3/20/80 and 3/21/80.
As this submittal is part of an on-going licensing action (Ref. 2), no amendment fee is enclosed.
