Stipulation Concerning Production

Dear Mr. Meiss:
Prior to signing the above-named stipulation, the NRC Staff discovered that certain transmittal slip numbers and corresponding warehouse box numbers inadvertently had been omitted,from the List of Boxes to be Produced which is attached to the Stipulation. Unfortunately, the omitted transmittal slips and box numbers were not added to the List before the signing of the Stipu-lation. This matter was brought to your attention during the warehouse search (March 24-29, 1980).
You agreed that the Stipulation would be appropriately amended to include the emitted boxes if the Staff would write a letter to you setting forth the facts of the matter and listing the inad-vertently omitted box numbers.
I am enclosing a list of the above-mentioned transmittal slip and box numbers for addition to the Stipulation, and request that these boxes be produced for inspection during our upcoming second and final visit to the Records Center.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter, and regret any inconvenience it may have caused you.
