In accordance with your application dated February 18, 1980, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-777 is hereby amended to change the effective date for revision of Condition 12, as given in Amendraent No. 9 issued December 10, 1979, to May 1, 1980. The revision of Condition 12 institutes your revised emergency plan.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
