FIRST ROUND QUESTIONS ON THE BYRON OL APPLICATION -
SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN In our review of your application for operating licenses for the Byron Station, Units 1 and 2, we have identified a need for additional informa-tion which we require to complete our review. The specific requests contained in the enclosure to this letter are the fifth set of our round one questions and cover the Byron Safeguards Contingency Plan. The enclo-sure which contains infonnation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) should be withheld from public disclosure. We request that you provide a complete response within 30 days.
