Attached are two copies of NP-11-80-01, Anamalous Measurement Report, which is being submitted in accordance with Environmental Technical Specification 5.4.2.B to provide ten days written notification of the subject occurrence.
This report is required since one of the sample stations was analyzed to have a factor of ten higher than the control sample station concentration of tritium.
