In response to a telephone discussion between Mr. Delaney and Mr. Kasun of your staff and P. J. Hammons on December 28, 1979, enclosed is revised Section 1.2.5 containing the additional information requested.
Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) hereby requests Section 1.2.5 Access Control of the Bellefonte Nuclear Plant Special Nuclear Material (SNM) license application dated August 31, 1979, be treated as proprietary information. The enclosed.iection 1.2.5 is. marked ' proprietary and should be withheld from public disclosure as provided in 10 CFR Section 2.790.
.I Also, enclosed for your information is a copy of the Bellefonte " Summary of Physical Security Arrangements for Initial Fuel Receipt at Bellefonte Nuclear Plant," which describes access, control, and security of the fuel.
