We plan to resume consideration of the request after reviewing the final detemina-tion of the PSC in it; hearings on your expansion program. We understand that these hearings are scheduled for the spring of 1980, and a PSC decision is expected in the fall of 1980.
A copy of the notice that the Comission is filing with the Office of the Federal Register is also enclosed.
