The referenced LP&L letters addressed the NAMCO EA 180 series limit switch anomaly as stated in the NAMCO letter dated August 30, 1979.

In order to comply with the additional requirements of IE Bulletin No. 79-28, we are in the process of performing a further evaluation of the matter and will notify you of the results of this evaluation by May 15, 1980.
