Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 37 copies of an Amendment to Philadelphia Electric Company's December 22, 1977, Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Amendment revises the Company _'s earlier Application to provide a second level of undervoltage protection with a time delay for safety related loads to reflect discussions between the Licensee and the Regulatory Staff.
