located at the NASA Plum Brook Station, Sandusky, Ohio.
Two (2) copics of completed Application Form NRC-313 are enclosed.
In support of this Application, enclosed are two (2) copies of Supplement to Form NRC-313, Application for Revision to No. 34-06706-03 Byproduct Material License, dated February 1980. We understand that one copy of each will be forwarded to the Inspection and Enforcement Office, Region III, USNRC. Similar supplements accompanied our previous requests for license revisions and renewals.
This change pertains to the proposed dismantlement of PBRF.
Also enclosed for your information are two (2) copies of the Dismantling Plan, Plum Brook Reactor and the Environmental Report, Plum Brook Reactor Dismantling.
The conditions described in these documents for attaining dismantlement and termination of all applicable NRC licenses are safe and offer no hazard to the public or the dismantling staff.
