Mr. Robert Hartley is a patient with Hypertension and severe stree syndrome. I have advised him to continue treatInent but to discontinue wrk and to rest for four weeks.

His prognosis is excellent after a nonth's rest. He should be able to engage in preparation prior to question ing. He should be able to answer any questions for counsel.
