In addition to the "significant deviations" discovered during Bulletin 79-14 inspections, five deviations which were discovered during Bulletin 79-02 inspections and evaluated asBulletin 79-14 problems, also affected system function. These are tabulated below.

An NCR was recently written against the BBCCW system, all units, due to an inconsistency between support spacing and the seismic loading of those supports. A representative line segment was rigorously analyzed and was shown to be still qualified. The balance of the RBCCW will be cvaluated and rigorously analyzed, as required, as the 79-14 irspection information is received.
