We have received a copy of your letter dated January 15, 1980, which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review.
l The letter and its enclosure provided details regarding the Reactor Vessel Surveillance Program as required by the Technical Specifications for the l
Arkansas Nuc1 car One - Unit 1 (ANO-1) facility (License No. DPR-51).
It is our understanding that the ONRR staff must review the data you provided to deterir.ine that continued operation of ANO-1 with regard to the relatively low Davis-Besse 1 cumulative reactor utilization factor is justified.
Since this filing is required to be submitted and must be reviewed and evaluated by the OiiRR staff, it is subject to the fee requirements of 10 CFR 170.22.
Based on guidance from the ONRR. staff as a result of ti cir preliminary review of your application, it has been determined tLt the required review of the Reactor Vessel Surveillance Program involym consideration of a single safety issue. As such, a Class III fee of $4,000 is applicable and should be fonvarded to this office promptly.
If the final review of your program by the ONRR staff reveals that this fee is incorrect, your Company will be refunded any overpayment or billed for any additional amount due.
