In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.9.b,c, and d, attached are the subject reports concerning the failure to perform the 24 month local leak rate requirements (80-011/03L-0),

five containment penetrations leak rates exceedingly limits (80-011/03L-0) and the Diesel Generator unit becoming inoperable (80-012/03L-0).
