Dear Mr. Herbein:
In response to your letter dated April 13, 1979, the Commission has issued Supplement No. 2 to the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station No.1 Fire Protection Safety Evaluation (FPSE) dated September 19, 1978. This FPSE requires the implementation of Table 3.1.9 Fire Barrier Penetration, and 3.1.15 Electrical Cable Penetration Seals, be completed by April 15, 1979. Supplement No. 2 extends the completion date from April 15, 1979 to April 77, 1979.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation arid Supplement No. 2 to the Fire Protection Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed.
