Dear Mr. Hovey:
This letter is in response to your request of t!ovember 14, 1980, (TLL 596) concerning the status of two proprietary documents relating to the EPICOR Radwaste System.
Specifically, the following are the two documents of interest:
-- TLL 349, dated July 16,1980 "EPICOR-II Resin Irradiation Data"
-- TLL 425, dated September 8, 1980
" Evaluation of EPICOR-II Wastes" These documents are presently under review by the tiRC's Office of the Executive Legal Director in order to determine if they indeed satisfy the criteria of 10 CFR Part 2.790 and are proprietary.
We expect a determination to be finalized shortly after meetings with EPICOR, Inc.,
for the purpose of discussing additional proprietary concerns. Until a determination is made, the information will be handled in a propri-etary manner.
