With your application dated December 6,1979, for amendment to Facility License NPF-3, you submitted a Class II amendment fee of $1,200.
The application related to organizational changes in the Technical Sptcifications for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit 1.
By letter dated January 10, 1980, we informed you that a Class III fee of $4,000 was required for this application and requested that your Company submit an additional sum of $2,800 pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 170.
This fee has not been received; there-fore, it should be submitted to this office within fifteen (15) days after your receipt of this letter.
