Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

In our response to IE Inspection Report 324-325/79-19, dated October 5, 1979, Serial Number GD-79-2472, we committed to a review of the CP6L Corporate Qual-ity Assurance Program, Parts 2 and 3.

This review commitment was stated in the response to Infraction C of the IE Report. A completion date of March 1, 1980 was provided.

Due to the manpower requirements relative to the programs being required as a result of Three Mile Island, it will not be possible to complete this review by March 1, 1980. Unless we are otherwise notified, this review will now be completed by June 1, 1980.
