This refers to the meeting held at the NRC's Region II Office on Januaty 25, 1980, at your request. This meeting related to activities authorized by Operating License Nos. DPR-57 and NPF-5 at Plant Hatch and was attended by members of my staff and Messrs. Widner, Manry, Benson, Gucwa and Wilkes of your staff.
In addition, Messrs. DeStefano and Feltman of Bechtel Power Corporation accompanied your staff.
The subjects discussed at this meeting are L -luded in the Office of Inspection and Enforcement Meeting Summary which is enclosed with this letter.
It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial and has provided for a better understanding of inspection and enforcement issues.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, activities involving your safeguards and security measures are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the Meeting Summary enclosed with this letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
