In accordance with your application dated October 10, 1979, and its supplements dated riovember 27, and December 13, 1979, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Material License No. S!1M-23 is hereby amended to authorize the following:
1.
Fabrication of box type test reactor fuel elements made with uranium enriched between 10.0 and 93.5% 235U.
2.
Revisicn of the surface contamination action levels and related survey frequencies.
3.
Changes to the action level bast:d on urinalysis.
Accordingly, the date. of October 10, flovember 27, and December 13,1979 are added to item 8 of your license.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
