The meter input jacks were cleaned and the connector pins were tightened, after which, meter indications were stable.

The meter input jacks and trip test connector are used by Control Technicians at least monthly in performance of surveillance tests.

The trip test connector is used by plant operators each shift to take log readings. Because they are used frequently, it is deemed unnecessary to take further preventive action.
