As a result of our review, we find that additional infor=ation is still needed relative to Item B in the Notice of Deviation.

Specifically, you have failed to respond, as requested, relative to either restricting buttering application to the position that was actually qualified, or providing specific evidence of ASME acceptance relative to your use for this application of QW-405.1 in the ASME Section IX Code, Table QW-253.

Please provide this additional infor=ation within twenty (20) days in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
