.,gv.....f DOCKET NO. 50-334 FEB 11 1980 Duquesne Light Company Attn: Mr. C. N. Dunn Vice President, Operations 435 Sixth Avenue Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219 Gentlemen:
We have received a copy of your application dated January 17,1980, which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review and approval. The application proposed Technical Specification changes relating to the reorganization of the Beaver Valley Unit No. I management (Facility License No. OPR-66).
Your application was accompanied by a Class II fee of $1,200.
Based on guidance from the ONRR staff as a result of their preliminary review of your application, it has been determined that the requested changes require a Class III fee of $4,000 because they involve the addition of new positions and a change in the functions of a committee. Organizational changes that only change names or titles, and not functions, departments, positions, or levels of reporting are generally considered administrative or pro forma and only require Class II fees.
It is requested that you promptly forward an additional sum of $2,800 for your application dated January 17, 1980.
If the final review of your application by the ONRR staff reveals that this fee is incorrect, your Company will be refunded any overpayment or billed for any additional amount due.
Sincerely,
/
