With your application dated January 16, 1980, which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for amendment t1 License No. OPR-51, you forwarded a Class III fee of $4,000. The appli;ation proposed Technical Specification changes for Hatch Unit I that would make the diesel fuel oil sampling requirements identical to those of Hatch Unit 2.
Based on guidance from the ONRR staff as a result of their preliminary review of your application, it has been determined that the review to conform the Technical Specifications is considered administrative in nature.
Therefore, only a Class II fee is required for this particular application.
If the final review of your application by the ONRR staff reveals that this fee is incorrect, your Company will be refunded any additional overpayment or requested to pay an additional amount.
We have authorized the Office of the Controller to refund $2,800 to your Company.
The refund will be sent to you as soon as it can be processed by the Controller's office.
