The unit was removed from service at 2121 on 1-2 for the cycle 4-5 refueling, planned to last about 41/2 weeks. On 1-17 a decision was made to replace the LP rotor spindles with spares; this added several N
days to the outage. Steam generator eddy current testing revealed degradation of some tubes. Additional examinations and tube plugging, and pull 1ng of one t.ube, added a few more days. The unit is scheduled for restart on February 17th.
