R. Silver Review Branch: PSB Requested Completion Date: December 31, 1979 Status: See Enclosure 1 Our initial Safety' Evaluation Report dealing with fire protection at Haddam Neck, was issued on October 3,1978.

In Section 3 of the SER certain items were identified as incomplete and requiring further information from the licensee and evaluation by the staff. We have completed our review of information <4ealing with these incomplete items as provided in licensee responses of July 31, 1979 and October 9,1979.

The results of our review are enclosed. Enclosure 1 is the status of each of the incomplete items; Enclosure 2 is our evaluation. We find that additional information is required from the licensee to resolve two items. This request for information should be transmitted to the licensee requesting a response within 20 days, h4W G.
