The criginal submission of infomation for the antitrust review of the operating license application was filed by letter, datec January 12, 1976. This information was filed pursuant to 2.101 of tne Commission's Rules and Regulations and is in connection with the plans of Long Island Lighting Company to operate a boiling water reactor located on the north shore of Long Island, the State of New York, County of Suffolk, in the town of Brookhaven. The reactor has been designated as the Shoreham Nuclear Dower Station, Unit 1.
The portien of tne application filed contains updated antitrust informaticn for review pursuant to NRC Regulatory Guide 9.3 to detemine whether there have been any significant changes since the completion of the antitrust review at the construction pemit stage.
On completion of staff antitrust review of the above-named application, the Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation will issue an initial finding as to whether there have been "significant changes" uncer section 105c(2) cf the Act. A copy of this finding will be published in the Federal Register and will be sent to tne Washington, D. C., and local public document room and to those persons providing ccaments or information in response to this notice.
If the initial finding concludes that there have not been any significant changes, request for reevaluation may be submitted for a perioc of 60 days after the cate of the Federal Register notice. The results of any reevaluation that are requested will 8 012 i 6 0 0(e 7 g

Any person wna cesires additicual information regarding tne matter covered by this notice or wno wishes to have his views considered with respect to significant changes related to antitrust matters wnicn have occurred in the licensee's activities since the construction permit antitrust review for the above-named plant should submit such requests for information er views to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, D. C.
