Salem, Oregon 97203 General License Issued Pursuant to 10 CFR 150.20 i'otice of Violation Based upon the Western Professional, Inc. Form 241 dated July 14, 1980, an activity appears to be in noncompliance with f;RC requirements as identified below:
10 CFR 150.20(b)(1) requires that Forms 241 be filed at least three days prior to enaaging in an activity conducted under a general license provided by 10 CFR 150.20.
Contrary to 10 CFR 150.20(b)(1), industrial radiography procedures using licensed material were performed on the USS Mt. Vernon on 7/7/E0 at a Portland, Oregon dry dock.
This work was performed seven days before the Form f;RC-241 was filed.
This is a deficiency.
