This letter refers to the telenhone discussion on July 21, 1980 between Ms. B.A. Riedlingcr of this office and "r. L.J. Chamberlain of your staff, and to information submitted by Mr. Chamberlain on a Form fmC-241 dated July 14, Ice 0.
The infermation submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 150.20(b)(1) has been reviewed relative to radiaticn safety and to compliance with the Corrmissions rules <na regulations and the conditions of your license. -As a -result-of.
this review, it was found that one of your activities appeared to oe in concemoliance with i3C requironents.
The iten and references to ti,e pertinent requirements are listed in
/ppendix A, as an enclosure to this letter.
This item has been categorized into a level as described in our correspcndence to all i;RC licensees dated Decenber 31, 1974 A copy of that letter is enclosed.
This notice is sent to you pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.201, of the f;PC's "nules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations. Section 2.201 requires you to submit to this office, within twenty (20) days of ycur receipt of this notice, a written state-ment or explanation in reply describing corrective steps which will be taken to avoid further violations.
