This letter responds to your request for information relating to We have enclosed your thesis topic on the management of the NRC.the study specifically c of the President's Commission on the Accident at Three Mile Island for your information.

It appears that the other cited material in the President's Commission Staff report is from a secondary source, namely, a book by E. Rolph entitled Nuclear Power and the Public Safety (1979), a non-agency publication.

Since I have not examined that book, I cannot respond in more detail at this time.

However, because there may be other NRC we have materials that might be helpful to your thesis project, forwarded your letters to the Division of Rules and Records in the Office of Administration.

That office is in a much better position to examine agency materials for records relative to your request.
