Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.740a, the Union of Concerned Scientists will take the deposition upon oral examination of the persons principally responsible for preparing the Licensee's answers to UCS Interrogatories Nos.
6-9, 11, 12, 19, 20, 32, 38, 39, 45-47, 55, 56, 69, 72, 80-82, 89, 90, 96-98, 106, 107, 114-125, 132-140, 146-148, 150 and 153.
These eersons will be examined upon the subject areas rele-vant to the interrogatories and answers.
The depositions will be taken at 9:30 a.m.
on March 18, 1980 and, as necessary, on each day thereafter until comoleted, at the offices of Ellyn R.
Weiss, 1725 I Street, N.W.,
Suite 506, Washington, D.C.
before an officer authorized to administer oaths in the Dis trict of Columbia.
The deponents are instructed to bring with them a copy of the TMI Restart Report, the FSAR for TMI-l and any other documents relied upon in formulating the answers to the specified UCS Interrogatories, g o nu o 60 "f 9 89
