UNION OF CONCERNED SCIENTISTS OBJECTIONS TO INTERROGATORIES OF IICENSEE The Union of Concerned Scientis ts objects to Licensee Interrogatory No. 8-1, which asks UCS to review some 6 inches of technical documents provided by licensee and to explain the inadequacies of the documents.

The interrogatory is unduly burdensome and overbroad.

If the licensee wishes to refer UCS to particular sections of the documents , properly focussed interrogatories may oossibly be fashioned. In its present form, it po ses an undue burden on UC S .

Respectfully submitted, By-l(\ '
