Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed are Appendice, 15 and 16 to be added to the copies of the Ginna Station Security Plan in your possession.
Proprietary treatment of these documents is requested in accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2 Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
These Appendices address the requirements of 10 CFR 73.60 and 73.70 dealing with the physical protection of special nuclear material and attendant record keeping.
They were originally submitted to you for approval on December 14, 1979.
Approval was granted by NRC letter dated February 13, 1980 and mixed oxide fuel was received on February 28, 1980, thus it is appropriate that these additions be made to all copies of the plan.
