QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM FOR OPERATIO.'45 Your letter of January 30, 1980 responds acceptably to cur concerns regarding the reporting level of the Office of Pcwer Quality 'ssurance Manager and the review and concurrence of new and revised quality-affecting procedures.
How-ever, you did not address the review and concurrence of existing procedures that affect quality.
It is our position that existing procedures which have not had QA review and ccncurrence as discussed in your letter of January 30 should be subjected to such action en a timely basis. Please provide such a ccmmitment and a scheduled completion date, or provide an alternative for our evaluation.
